Terms of Sale
1. Eligible purchasers
Products are sold only to approved institutional accounts. MXPT does not sell to individuals and does not offer guest checkout.
2. Quotes and orders
Orders are placed by quote request. A purchase order or approved card payment is required before fulfillment. MXPT may decline or hold any order pending review.
3. Payment
Net-30 from invoice date for approved purchase orders, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Shipping
Products ship only to the institutional address approved for the account. Temperature-sensitive products ship overnight with cold pack.
5. Intended use
All products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only and may not be resold, used in humans or animals outside approved research protocols, or used for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
6. Warranty
Products conform to the specification on the lot COA at the time of shipment. No other warranty, express or implied, is given.
7. Returns
Claims for non-conformance must be made within 30 days of receipt with the lot number.
